  • These doors feature 12-gauge curved slats that provide a natural watershed, helping to reduce corrosion.
  • The curved slats are designed with free-acting interlocking joints that permit easy articulation when the door coils.
  • They feature a powerful double-angle bottom bar designed to reinforce the structural integrity of the door and help prevent unwanted entry.
  • A spring barrel encases the counterbalance mechanism and provides the axis around which the curtain coils.
  • Model 610FR comes standard with an Overhead Door® RSX® Fire Door operator, built with a fuse link mechanism for drop on alarm and integration into a single push button activation system.

Tornado Resistant Shelter Door

Designed to meet the high wind load and impact requirements of FEMA 361, Model 610F is structural wind load design pressure tested to +/- 300 psf (approx. 14kPa) and is impact rated for up to 160 km/h. Rolling Steel Storm Shelter Door Model 610F is built to meet your most demanding and rigorous applications.

Fire Rated Shelter Door

Rolling Steel Shelter Door Model 610FR bears the Warnock Hersey (WH) mark for fire safety which indicates compliance to UL 10B, NFPA 252 and CAN/ULC S104. Model 610FR is fire rated for up to 4 hours. This fire rated shelter door combines durability and safety where it’s needed the most.
