Steel Lifeline Kits

Mine Lifeline introduced the industry’s first steel lifeline in 2006 and has been “Leading the Way Out” for the past ten years. With a breaking strength of over 2,000 pounds (907.2 kg’s), the steel cable will be there when others fail. D.O.T. quality optics provide the most reflective lifeline available. Other smart features such as an exclusive red “X”, threaded ends, integrated swivel handles, and storage inside the spool keep Mine Lifeline one step ahead of their competition.

• High strength, reflective lens outperforms and outlasts vinyl streamers. • 6 times more reflectivity compared to vinyl. • Rigid structure prevents twisting and flapping in high ventilation areas. • Hinged, swivel type connector secure reflectors on lifeline cable for maximum performance. • Reflectors maintain their vertical and perpendicular orientation relative to the cable, optimizing reflectivity, and providing a visual, directional indicator. • The designated colour will be seen when traveling in the direction of escape and a red "X" in the wrong direction.
