CONCAVE ROTARY PEDESTRIAN DOOR
Consists of a spring-assisted rotating door mounted in a steel channel frame. These doors allow for pedestrian access through areas with dangerous high winds and differential pressure, as a torsion spring closing assembly ensures door security at all times.
SLIDING PEDESTRIAN DOOR IN THE MINE DOOR
Used in high-pressure applications where room is not available to install a “stand alone” pedestrian door to the side of the primary mine door. These doors feature a dual-roller trolley for reduced friction, allowing them to open and close easily in all environments. Roller bearings at the bottom of the door reduce friction and allow the door to glide freely. Doors are typically gravity closure type to ensure doors stay in the closed position after entry/exit.
OPPOSING SWING PEDESTRIAN DOOR
Operates under the same principles as our traditional mine doors, utilizing an opposing wing design to cancel out the effects of static pressure. These doors remain easy to open, even in high-pressure environments with minimal risk of doors slamming shut.

AMD AIRLOCK MAN WAY - Box Style
Our American Mine Door dual man way chamber eliminates dangerous change of air pressure from one section of the mine to the other without breaching the ventilation route. This two door “Box style” chamber permits the safe, easy passage of pedestrians between different air-pressures.
AMD AIRLOCK MAN WAY – CHAMBER (Tunnel)
Our American Mine Door dual man way chamber eliminates dangerous change of air pressure from one section of the mine to the other without breaching the ventilation route. This two door chamber consists of: a concave door, a short “tunnel”, a second concave door, all a part of one complete assembly. Concave Pedestrian Doors permits the safe, easy passage of personnel between areas of varying air pressure differentials.
